1/ Confidentiality Clause: All and any information about you / your business which you provide CEILA Company with for the purpose of developing Custom Marketing Strategy for your business will be held in strictest confidence. No information about you / your business will ever be shared or used by CEILA Company for any purpose, including acquisition of new clients.

2/ Warranty by the Client: Client represents and warrants that he / she has the full power and authority to request Custom Marketing Strategy; to disclose information required for it and that the information provided is true and correct.

3/ Warranty by CEILA Company: CEILA Company warrants that the Custom Marketing Strategy will be developed in good faith specifically for the Client and with the Client's best interest in mind.

4/ Limitation of Liability: Since CEILA Company controls and is directly involved with the development of Custom Marketing Strategy for your business only and is not implementing it, in no event shall CEILA Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including without limitation damages for loss of profits, data or use, incurred by Client or any third party whether in an action in contract, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise. Client agrees not to assert any claims whatsoever against CEILA Company for loss of profit expected, or any other damages.

5/ ACTS OF GOD: CEILA Company shall not be liable for a failure to contact the Client within the time frame specified on our Website if such a failure is caused by events OUTSIDE of our control such as fire, war, earthquake, etc. In any of the above cases CEILA Company will contact the Client as soon as circumstances allow.

6/ All sales of all CEILA Company services are final. No refunds shall be given by CEILA Company, for any amounts paid for services provided, including, without limitation, any service charges or fees.
