Damage control is quite different from reputation monitoring or management. Negative patients ratings need to be dealt with and a better public needs to be created for you in their stead. It makes a significant difference to us where and when the negative ratings were published. Based on this information we'll need to develop a strategy for overcoming the existing bad image. Comprehensive research and subsequent proposal development are time- and labor-intensive. Obviously, we can't afford to give those away to anyone who's asking. That's why we charge a flat fee of $300 for a Damage Control Consultation.
If you decide to become our client following the consultation; the fee is fully deductible: the initial consultation will cost you nothing. If you decide not to become CEILA Company's Damage Control client, $300 is the cost of the time and labor involved in the consultation and we'll retain it.
Before we go any further (incidentally, this page is not accessible from search engines): ANY damage to your professional reputation can be successfully handled. The extend, time and placement of your patients negative reviews determine what technique would addressing the problem best; all these factors determine the cost.
